NO, filing your teeth is NOT safe, they will NOT grow back - you only get one set of teeth per life. It is NOT healthy, and in fact filing your teeth is a good way to damage them for life, by putting holes in the enamel layer of the teeth that protects them and keeps you from getting cavities.
If you continue to file your teeth, you are going to end up with NO TEETH - call a dentist if you don't take my word for it.
I like filing my teeth with a nail file. Is this harmful?
No, I would continue. It is actually quite healthy. People have teeth like sharks, if one falls out or gets knocked out or damaged, another one will grow back in its place.
