i find my self nibling my nails and i real dont want to use any specila chemicals to stop me from nibling them.
i would just like to to use around the house items that i can use to stop nibling. to much gum will ruin my teeth. i just want to STOP this nibling stuff help! plz of course.
Nail nibbling?
Bite your tongue when you attempt, to "nibble".
Paint your nails so you won't wanna mess them up.
Wear Gloves.

If not, paint your nails, wear gloves, or bite your tongue gently

because then when you want to bite it it will be gross so you will stop
