About my wisdom tooth problem?

i already post about my wisdom tooth problem but i may have word it wrong. so i am posting it again.

my bottom right wisdom tooth was inside the gum. the wisdom tooth came out from the gum. (the Tooth is still intact!!!) I didnt even know the wisdom tooth came out. it didnt hurt one bit. The wisdom tooth that came out of the covered skin (gum) is good and intact. But the gum that surrounded the wisdom tooth ripped and its barely attached to my gum.

i tried to cut the skin out by my long finger nail but it hurt alittle bit (it bleed) and i was chickened out. my friend suggested me not to do it on my own because he got it done recently by surgeon and they had to stitch the ripped skin next to a healthy gum.

but i dont have the $$$. I am not going to pay $400 for a teeth that already came out from my gum. should i pull it out on my own? any experience from it? suggestion?

thanks

About my wisdom tooth problem?
Find a dentist or oral surgeon who will let you make payments. You could get an infection by trying to fix this yourself, or it may not heal correctly.
Reply:Do you have any kind of insurance at all? I don't know how old you are, so I'm not sure of what kind of advice to give you here. If you are of age and can't get dental insurance, try medicaid. I had my wisdom tooth pulled with no charge through them.

If you can't get this either, most places will let you work out some kind of payment plan, instead of paying in full.

Definitely do not do this yourself. There is a reason that they have to extract these teeth and stitch them. If you pull it out yourself, you risk infection and you will most likely wind up having to go to the dentist anyway.
Reply:well It does cost a lot of money but if you try to do it yourself you can really hurt yourself also if you don't get it out soon it can cause all of your other teeth to come out or become loose i know two of my teeth came out because i didn't get my wisdom teeth out right away. but once you get them out at first you will wish you kept them in but once it heals you will be so glad!!!!!

p.s. health insurance should cover it it depends on who you are with.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
Reply:That must be a terrible feeling. However, I agree with your friend. This is not a do it yourself situation. Get to a dentist and discuss your financial situation. Most of them will let you make monthly payments that won't trash your budget. Another suggestion: If there is a dental college in your area, some have a free dental clinic that's supervised by a dentist. There is no charge, but you may have to wait quite a while to be seen. Don't mess with this by yourself, or you can wind up with worse problems. Good luck!
