If I poke the general whole tooth or something, it doesn't really hurt. However, if I take my nail and poke it at a specific spot/point on my tooth, it hurts reeally bad. It's only at that one point. Everywhere else is fine. What's wrong?

Reply:Sounds a bit like you have a small hole in it and the best thing you can do is go to the dentist and have it looked at. Small holes can cause lots of problems and maybe you have an exposed nerve, get it checked out.
