White marks on my nsils and on my tooth?

i have white marks on my nail which i have understood are connected with nutrition and maybe hitting nails somewhere but i noticed the same white mark on one of my teeth what is it.


can the white marks on my nails also be related with me always sort of damaging my cuticles and is the only answer to getting rid of the white marks on my nails is stop damaging and letting them grow out. what about my teeth what am i supposed to do. please tell me as these white marks have made beautiful nail turn into ugly ones. bu the way i dont have these white nails on my toenails yet i remove the cuticles all the time please help. thank you

The white marks on your nails are where you've either banged your finger in a drawer or door, or bent the nail while opening something like a soda can. I get them a lot. Not too sure about the one on your tooth.
Reply:I think what ur talking about could be a calcium deficiency. I have the problem on one of my canines and also had it on a nail. Start eating more calcium and except for the tooth they'll go away.

Reply:i think thats connected to a calcium deficincey. do you get enough calcium? and if you drink alot of soda or acidic things, it could be eating away at your tooth enamel. i'm not positve that your white spots are caused by that, but its a possiblity. i'd ask your dentist or doctor just to be sure
