What do you think of this song?

V1: so this is what i wanted

i asked and i received

but now i find that it

is crashing down on me

its not what i imagined

in my fairy tale

and what i was waiting for...

lets just close the door

C: so this is what it comes down to

head over heart

was head over heels

now its tooth and nail

so lets turn it around,

from finish to start

or beter yet

just no start at all

V2: Who are we fooling?

its not what it once was

started on the right foot

but studder stepped too much

we were a sure thing

like a home run

till he jumped at the wall

now were just an out

C:and this is what it comes down to

head over heart

was head over heels

now its tooth and nail

so lets turn it around,

from finish to start

or beter yet

just no start at all

V3: how did i not see this coming

at me like a hummer

now im a deer in the headlights

and your stepping on the gas

and we both know

this is the end

of you and me

and what i thought was life

C: And this is what it comes down to

head over heart

was head ov

Reply:i love the c. very moving
Reply:You wanted me to read all that? Well then I have one for you. And everyone else who posts should post their own song to!

We both know that I shouldn't be here

This is wrong

And baby, it's killin' me, it's killin' you

Both of us trying to be strong

I've got somewhere else to be

Promises to keep

Someone else who loves me

And trusts me fast asleep

I've made up my mind

There is no turning back

She's been good to me

And she deserves better than that

[Chorus:]

It's the hardest thing I'll ever have to do

To look you in the eye and tell you I don't love you

It's the hardest thing I'll ever have to lie

To show no emotion when you start to cry

I can't let you see what you mean to me

When my hands are tied and my heart's not free

We're not meant to be

It's the hardest thing I'll ever have to do

To turn around and walk away, pretending I don't love you

I know we'll meet again

Fate has a place and time

So you can get on with your life

I've got to be cruel to be kind

Like Dr. Zhivago

All my love I'll be sending

And you will never know

'Cause there can be no happy ending

[Repeat chorus]

(Spoken:)

Maybe another time, another day

As much as I want to, I can't stay

(Sung:)

I've made up my mind

There is no turning back

She's been good to me

And she deserves better than that
Reply:try to rhyme, get a flow to it,you know.and try to be a little more concise about what you are trying to say.that should do it.other than that,it is all good.you got talent and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.you should call it ''unaware''.(no pun)

Who said Obama does not flip flop? Note his style in the last two paragraphs of the follwing news item.?

Obama says he'd challenge 'dirty' election Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Barack Obama says he would fight tooth and nail if the 2008 U.S. presidential were close and dirty as the last two.

At a town hall meeting in Jefferson, Iowa, undecided voter Bruce Banister asked Obama if he would challenge the election if you think it is dirty, or if he would back away, the Chicago Sun-Times reported Tuesday.

Obama said he would win by such a margin that it won't even be close and they can't steal the election.

But if results were close as in the 2000 and 2004 election, Obama said (We) will fight it tooth and nail till the end.

His answer however, didn't jibe with his vote on the first day in the U.S. Senate, when he joined a 74-1 majority voting not to challenge President Bush's disputed victory in Ohio in 2004 when Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., was the Democratic nominee. In 2000, former Vice President Al Gore challenged results in Florida that went before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Obama said he voted with the majority because Kerry indicated he wouldn't challenge the Ohio results.

Who said Obama does not flip flop? Note his style in the last two paragraphs of the follwing news item.?
OTHER EXAMPLES OF OBAMA’S FLIP FLOPPS:

1) Why has he sometimes said his first name is Arabic, and other times Swahili? Why did he make up names in his first book, as the introduction acknowledges? Why did he say two years ago that he would "absolutely" serve out his Senate term, which ends in 2011, and that the idea of him running for president this cycle was "silly" and hype "that's been a little overblown"?

2) Dodd says Obama flip-flopped on social security. Senator Barack Obama's characterized the highly successful Social Security program as being in "crisis," just nine days after he said the opposite stating that "Social Security is not in crisis."

3) Obama flip-flopped on his “one America” position—in his “one America” speech. He said that while Illinoisans don’t expect the government to solve their problems, Illinoisans are going to kick and scream until the government solves their problems.

4) Obama flip-flopped on Alito ("A filibuster would be a waste" then "OK, I'll support a filibuster as a symbolic gesture") and he flip-flopped on lobbying reform.

5) In one debate at Dartmouth College, in Hanover, New Hampshire, with Tim Russert serving as Moderator, Obama just flip-flopped and stated to Tim Russert that he would "do everthing necessary" to stop Iran from becoming a Nuclear Power. If Senator Obama vacillates on his postion when Tim Russert poses a question to him, what would Obama do or say in tense discussions with World Leaders. I reiterate that Obama lacks Leadership.

6) Obama flip-flopped on the Iraq war. Obama was an opponent of the Iraq War from its inception, when he was an Illinois state senator. But later he also said the U.S. now had an obligation to see the war through. "I don’t think any of us should be rooting for failure in Iraq at this point," he said. "This is no longer George Bush’s war. This is our war." . Obama said he would support sending more troops to Iraq if it would hasten the end of the war. An immediate withdrawal, he said, would create "an extraordinary hotbed of terrorist activity" and be "a slap in the face" to the troops fighting there. However, in January, Obama proposed legislation that would have started pulling out troops in May 2007 with a goal of having all combat troops out by March 31, 2008.
Reply:Obsma is for "Change", right? Report It

Reply:Kerry was the one who should have challenged it! If he wasn't man enough to stand up and say he wanted a challenge he shouldn't be president. Obama made the right decision, even if Bush is a TERRIBLE leader, at least he wants to LEAD. Kerry is a spineless follower with a big bank account.
Reply:I suppose you can get all hungup on details about anyone. I'm voting for Obama because in general he has respect for wage-earning americans. He 'gets it' that everything in this country depends on a working class that has honest work at good wages. He understands that no country can continue to borrow money to invest in a conventional war in the muslim east that has no natural stopping place. He's aware that to wage a war against this kind of enemy requires concentrated, international covert action abroad and real security measures at home. He knows, as do most Americans that reducing taxes for the corporations to the degree that the Republicans have insisted robs the treasury and results in the need for more and more borrowed money....money that the American wage-earner will have to repay. Sen. Clinton is on the same page with Obama on these things as well....none of the Republicans are. My advice is to vote in your own self interest if you're a wage-earner and don't be taken in by the people who wave flags and shake the cross in your face. They represent the trans-national corporations and the Jesus freak right...not you! At this point the Republicans consider you a sheep to be sheared. Someday, when the 'Eisenhower' republicans retake their party it may be different, but at this point the GOP is no more than neo-fascisti organization with zero regard for reality. Don't vote for these guys until they learn to behave.
Reply:They ALL "flip-flop." It's hard to remember what they said from one day to another, from one stop to another.

Reply:A teratoma is a type of tumor that derives from pluripotent germ cells. The word comes from a Greek term meaning roughly "monster tumor". Teratomata usually start from cells in the testes in men, the ovaries in women and in the sacrum in children. The designation teratoma refers to a group of complex tumors having various cellular or organoid components reminiscent of normal derivatives from more than one germ layer. Teratomata are divided into three categories: (1) mature (benign), (2) immature (malignant), and (3) monodermal or highly specialized.

Teratomata often contain well-differentiated cells which can result in tissues growing in a teratoma which are quite different from the surrounding tissue—ovarian teratomata have been known to grow hair and teeth. Such a benign cystic teratoma is often termed a dermoid cyst, nowadays more correctly termed a mature teratoma. Some teratomata may contain a mixture of well-differentiated, mature tissues as: respiratory epithelium, hair follicle, fat tissue or mature nervous tissue. Immature teratomata of the ovary have a malignant potential in line with the amount of neuroblastic tissue present.

Testicular teratomata are generally less well-differentiated, and have a worse prognosis (chances of recovery are not as high).

Some teratomata secrete the "pregnancy hormone" human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), which can be used in clinical practice to follow-up successful treatment or relapse in patients with a known HCG-secreting teratoma. It is not recommended as a diagnostic marker.

Some teratomata secrete thyroxine, in some cases to such a degree that it can lead to clinical hyperthyroidism in the patient.
Reply:This is definately a dermoid cyst and they frequently occur as ovarian cysts. JULES

Why is beauty criteria nowadays (in USA) all about fakeries? Hair, skin and eye color, nails, boobs, teeth...

I see women who are supposed to be beautiful but their hair is fake, with hair extensions and coloring, their eyelashes are fake and glued on, over fake contact lenses to change the color of their eyes, their nails are fake, their boobs are made out of water, their teeth are straightened, bleached and as white as snow, their skin is artificially tan or covered in make up, they have implants everywhere and even their smile is fake...

It's like the less human you look, the better...are we going into the android age by starting to make humans look like dolls?

Why is beauty criteria nowadays (in USA) all about fakeries? Hair, skin and eye color, nails, boobs, teeth...
i do not like fake i like real women. i really don't like makeup (well certain stuff) it is not only the time it takes to put it on but you are not suppose to look different supposedly. i am sorry if this was an all girl thing
Reply:It is because the media portrays women as paperdoll skinny, and we are all trying to look and act like celebrities. It is very sad.
Reply:I hate it too because I cant afford to compete. Im a big fake too.Colored hair, clear contacts,no coke bottles glasses, capped teeth but the thing if we did nothing we would look awful.Men seem to like fake. Its a fantasy.I cant afford all the surgery though.

Bill Splendor has brought some more jokes. If you like them star them.?

1)Dentist: I have to pull the aching tooth, but don't worry it will take just five minutes.

Patient: And how much will it cost?

Dentist: It's $90.00.

Patient: $90.00 for just a few minutes work???

Dentist: I can extract it very slowly if you like.

2)"I came in to make an appointment with the dentist." said the man to the receptionist.

"I'm sorry sir." she replied. "He's out right now, but..."

"Thank you," interrupted the obviously nervous prospective patient. "When will he be out again ?"

A husband and wife entered the dentist's office. The husband said, "I want a tooth pulled. I don't want gas or Novocain because I'm in a terrible hurry. Just pull the tooth as quickly as possible."

"You're a brave man," said the dentist. "Now, show me which tooth it is."

The husband turns to his wife and says, "Open your mouth and show the dentist which tooth it is, dear."

3)Dentist begging the patient: Could you help me? Could you give out a few of your loudest, most painful screams?

Patient: Why? Doc, it isn't all that bad this time.

Dentist: There are so many people in the waiting room right now and I don't want to miss the 4 o'clock ball game.

4)Patient: "It must be tough spending all day with your hands in someone's mouth."

Dentist: "Wear a brown tie..."

6)"I am sorry, madam, but I shall have to charge you hundred dollars for pulling your boy's tooth."

"Hundred dollars! Why, I understood you to say that you charged only twenty dollars for such work!"

"Yes," replied the dentist, "but this youngster yelled so terribly that he scared out four other patients out of the office."

Do you have any amazing beauty secrets????

ok.... I am looking for some amzing beaty secrets!!! for hair, skin, tanning, makeup, teeth, nails, ANYTHING!!!!!

Do you have any amazing beauty secrets????
Drink a lot of water, take multivitamins (prenatal is good and high in all the areas you need), don't smoke.

I put vaseline on my feet before I go to bed and put socks on and sleep and in the morning my skin is softer.

Teeth~use baking soda to keep them white.

Tanning~easy one, don't do it, wrinkles you

Makeup~always use clean utensils and you can use baby oil to remove eye makeup

Olive oil~rub in around your eye area at night and wash it off in the day time
Reply:Ummm. eat healthy and you will have good hair and nails

???? LOL
Reply:the key to skin..is to MOISTURIZE!!!!---tanning is bad but if you do it---MOISTURIZE...flossing your teeth can add up to 5 years onto your life!!!---makeup, less is more (not original but def. true)!!!
Reply:Since I could never find really dark Red lipstick, I apply bright Red lipstick and then apply Black pencil eyeliner on top of that. Then, I rub my lips together to smudge it up and have instant dark Red lipstick. Voila!
Reply:as far as your skin drink alot of water and use witch hazel, but personally i use proactive. For you nails take prenatal vitamins they worked wonder for me and you dont have to be pregnant, lol.
Reply:I do my eye makeup very extream so if you want pics anytime just ask lol!

If you have a light powder that you want to stand out then apply a wet shimmer layer then apply the powder over it and its always fun to add a second color above that then a really light color right under the brow. Like for example- Dark blue with a cute pink above and a shimery white under the brow with SOME matching colores on your bottom lid and blk eye linner. VERY CUTE!
Reply:this sounds lame, but eating healthy helps the skin, nails and hair. Even the teeth are more healthy.

Eating the recomened fruits and veggies helps as well as getting enough calcium.

Also using basic moistureizer is a beauty secret. The brand does not matter. The frequency of use does.

Another key is not smoaking. This ruins the skin the teeth and the hair. It generally ruins everything over time.

Being sun smart helps ( wearing sun screne and not using tanning booths in excess)
Reply:I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for, but here are the tried and tested standards of beauty:

-Keep moisturised all the time. Drink lots of water and never leave home without putting on moisturizer with at least an spf15.

-When getting a tan at the beach, apply sunblock 10 mintues before hitting the sand/water, so you have enough time to let the sunblock seep in. And, don't forget to re-apply your sunblock. Normally, spf 45 needs to be reapplied after 90 minutes, spf 60 after 2 hours, and so on.

-For teeth, avoid smoking if you can. And always drink water after coffee because this can cause significant stains.

-Lastly, always get enough rest. Sleep is so underrated. We need to always give our bodies time to wind down and recharge. =)
Reply:Life. It's a great product. Maybe you should get one.

Does any one have Ectodermal Dysplasia?
Hi

My daughter was born with this condition and I had never deen or heard of it before. She is now 6 yrs. old. Not only does she have absence of hair, eye lashes, eye brows ect., nails are deformed, teeth missing enamel and pointy, hearing loss, gluacoma, and immune deficiant, but she is now faced with reaccurrent lung problems. We think this is due to the immune problem but the docs are wanting to place a tracheostomy. The problem we are facing now is we are not sure how the skin is going to react to the foreign object and if it will heal correctly around the tube. Would you know any body facing this problem? I guess I could post this question :)

Being a Vegetarian?

Heres the deal. I love animals and i know meat is MURDER. And see i really want to become a vegetarian ive gone about 3 days without meat and its going fine but i need to start thinking about in the long run. Is it normal to find it hard to lose the meat? i mean i love bacon and chicken thats it. But anyways i want to know what should i do i ABSOLUTELY do not want to lose weight. And also another thing i need to know what vitamins should i take to sub meat? just wanting to know. I am really healty and i want to stay like that ( have nice skin nice hair healthy teeth/nails) etc, Please help thank you.

Being a Vegetarian?
I haven't eaten meat in five years and I've been vegan for four. The longer you are committed to it the easier it becomes. There is nothing that your body needs that can't be provided by a veg diet. People have just been brainwashed to believe the opposite even though they haven't done a bit of research.

If you want to become a lacto-ovo vegetarian, the transition should be quite simple. Almost all meats have widely available commercial replacements. All that you have to do is replace any flesh in your diet (beef, pork, poultry, seafood) with meat analogs or just leave it out altogether.

You should keep in mind that a journey such as this can be quite short but should just be the beginning of a longer one to a plant-based diet with no animal products. This is because of the reality of factory farming in which animals that are kept alive to produce milk, eggs, etc suffer much more and longer than animals that are raised to a certain weight and then slaughtered.http://www.veganoutreach.org/whyvegan/

http://meat.org

Some people use the word "vegan" in reference to this idea, but be aware that applying that label to yourself should always come with the inclusion of wise activism and advocacy.http://www.veganoutreach.org/advocacy/in...

Two extremely important examples of this are that you should never speak to someone about vegetarianism/veganism without their consent and genuine interest or as a comment on what they are eating AND your dietary beliefs should never be used as an introduction or explanation of who you are as a person. Veg*ism should be something that comes up AFTER people get to know you and they offer you a situation that makes it confusing to withhold the information/dicussion. Also, if you are presented something that you choose not to eat or you are

ordering food/eating together somewhere/picking the best place to eat.

A responsible vegan ALWAYS studies the subject of their own health and how to keep their body completely provided for in every sense. http://www.veganhealth.org/sh

To neglect their body is to define a plant-based diet as unhealthy and is the opposite of helping the animals.

When you you hold off on the subject until it's necessary and then act like it isn't a big deal at all, people are usually surprised and WAY more interested and curious than if you were to bring it up when someone's eating or just using it as a conversation starter.

Just to clear things up, the vegetarian/vegan diet is not composed of salads, vegetables, fruit and fake meat.

A balanced plant-based diet includes grains(breads, pasta, rice, cereal), legumes(soy, beans, peas, lentils), fruit and vegetables.

http://www.pcrm.org/health/veginfo/vsk/f...

http://www.peta.org/accidentallyVegan/

http://www.veganoutreach.org/whyvegan/ea...

Being vegan can be an art, one whose challenge is to take things that involve the suffering of the innocent and change them into something free of cruelty.

A vegan woman can create an ENTIRELY NEW,HEALTHY HUMAN BEING INSIDE OF HER. Many of these children stay vegan and grow up to be perfectly healthy adults. So just keep yourself educated about what you eat and don't let anyone tell you that a veg diet is lacking anything essential.

Technically the term "vegetarian" does imply that you don't consume anything that comes from the body of an animal that requires killing it. Many ingredients such as gelatin and glycerin are found in many candies, Fig-Newtons, and many of other foods as well as rennet found in many cheeses.

http://www.happycow.net/health-animal-in...

The best thing to remember is to take your time so that for example: when you are comfortable not eating beef and pork you can then give up chicken when you are sure you can make the commitment permanently.

Depending on your age or reliance on parents or regional options, it may not be best to give yourself a label. The important thing is to do your best to make progress and be committed to your compassion towards animals. Never put your focus onto what you or other people use to describe yourself.

If you meet someone that talks down to people for eating meat, dairy, etc or to you because they think they are "more veg" than you, laugh in their face and tell them they are a disgrace to the entire philosophy. People like this only hurt the idea of veg*ism AND the animals. The point of all of this is to live compassionately and and as free from cruelty as you can, all the while maintaining your health and a positive attitude. People who don't maintain either, need not open their mouths and represent our beliefs.

If you actually choose to read all of this, I hope it helps. If not, feel free to e-mail me if you have questions.

I'm vegan and these are some of my favorite things to eat:

Breakfast: bananas, cream of wheat with brown sugar and soy butter, cereal, pancakes or french toast with real maple syrup, vegan "sausage" patties, smoothies.

Lunch: VEGAN "SAUSAGE" SANDWICHES, sandwiches with vegan deli slices(Tofurkey is the only one that's kinda funky), fruit, dinner leftovers, couscous salad, vegan sushi, potato or pasta salad.

Dinner: sloppy joes, "sausage" and gravy with homemade biscuits, Spaghetti and Trader Joe's "meatballs" or TVP, lasagna, Thai pad see ew, pad khi mao(drunkard's noodles), pad prig king, tofu+eggplant with basil sauce, yellow thai curry with tofu or vegan chikn and veggies and jasmine rice, Indian dal with homemade roti or dosai, channa masala, aloo gobi, vegetable or minestrone soup, pizza, STEAMED "PORK" BUNS with potstickers or spring rolls, sweet%26amp;sour/orange/lemon chikn, vegan pho or wonton soup

Reply:Its very hard to give up meat because you need protein. I know people hate that we kill animals but just look at nature. A lion kills a deer to survive, a seagull eats a fish and so on. So all this meat is murder to me is subjective. the only thing im against is animal cruelty.
Reply:Here's a good source of impartial information for you.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/15194356/
Reply:Edgar is right. It is normal for humans to eat meat. We are omnivores. Our bodies are designed to process meat. I know I'll get a lot of thumbs down for saying that, but fact is fact. Nothing can change that.
Reply:i'm a vegetarian. All you have to do is make sure you take a vitamin with iron in it. Eat lots of tofu. If you have a craving for meat then you can buy frozen foods are are made with tofu like Boca brand or Morning Star. I haven't lost any weight at all.
Reply:Start taking a Multivitamin and you should be fine with that...If you love bacon and chicken try some of the "fake" bacon and chicken, its really good..Drink soy milk...Or go to Healthy food store or they call them a Co-Op...You can find a lot of stuff there.Make sure you get a lot protein in you..once you stop eating meat..you will lose your protein..look on line for other advice and I'm sure you will be fine!
Reply:You need to compensate for the protein that your diet is now lacking. You need to seriously research this by using proper sources on the internet, reading books from reputable authors at the libraary and speaking with your doctor.

It's not that difficult but you need to make sure you do it right. Eating beans and rice together or peanut butter are complete proteins. Also you should make sure you are taking some vitamins, of which I'm not sure but the research will help.

Make sure to eat as many calories as you were and you will keep your weight. You might even be able to get away with eating more since you have cut most of the fat out of your diet.

On that note, make sure you still are eating some fat. I don't mean french fries but olive oil with satueed veggies or flaxseed oil on your salad.

One more thing, my Mom takes a pill specifically for hair and nail growth and she loves it, try looking into that.
Reply:Wow, good luck. I am a vegetarian, and have never in my life personally had meat. If you are planning on becoming a veegetarian, I suggest you visit your doctor, and sort out a diet plan. You need to make sure to get your protein, I suggest, you look deeply into that. Eat plenty of eggs, nuts, tofu, and other sources of protein. If you take your concerns to a doctor or a nutritionist (preferably a nutritionist actually, for your sake) they should be able to clear this up and suggest some vitamins you can take to keep you healthy, fit, with plenty of energy. You cannot just give up your proteiens, even for a short while, otherwise you can become very sick. I forget the name right now, but their is some sort of fish oil that is very very good for you to take in a capsule to sub what you would normally get from eating fish. Good luck, and keep yourself healthy!

I also suggest perhaps gradually going awya from the meat, instead of all at once, because you could get sick, unless you do it properly.Once again, good luck!
Reply:im going to try as well..hope it works out for you ♥
Reply:I know many long term vegetarians how are incredibly healthy. none of which have ever needed to taken any kind of supplements what so ever. I know many people who have been vegan for 10+ years and are also most of the time even healthier than meat eaters.

I have been strict vegetarian for about 9 months now and have actually put muscle on. without taking any supplements at all, eating a diet predominantly comprised of vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, legumes and grains. nuts are also a great source of protein, and are quite good for you in many other ways as well.

One of the things about protein, is the need to understand the bigger picture. The human digestive tract functions much better under alkaline conditions. meat is acidic, so whilst it may have protein in it, its harder for the body to get at it because it brings so much acid into the digestive tract which hampers absorption. Most vegetables on the other hand are alkaline, the protein in them is much easier for the body to absorb. Vegetables also contain much enzymes which also increase the effectiveness of the digestive system.

Recommended dietary amounts of protein are based on an average human diet, which is a meat eating - digestive system hampered diet, in reality there is plenty of protein in most of the things we eat

Dont believe the hype, a lot of it is aimed towards selling you unnatural supplements that we don't need, what we need is a natural varied diet, rich in vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, legumes and grains.

All plants contain protein. Or else plants wouldn't be hard and couldn't stand up!

Broccoli and beans are a great source of protein. check out the first link in my sources it has a great list of protein containing foods.

As for your worry about losing weight, just eat more, i know i do.
Reply:Humans are not "just supposed to eat meat." Never think that. Some Indians never do, and they are among the healthiest. It's not that hard once you really think about it, trust me. I ate meat all my life (and I'm indian) but last year I decided to only eat read meat at first, they go for none. It's really not that hard, and if you eat right, it wont make you lost weight, but cleanse your system, too.
Reply:well ok i'm a vegetarain and its reli simple first you decide wat kinda of vegetarian you are. for example some only eat white meat and not red meat and vis versa. or just don't eat meat period and you can eat seafood ( just i don't) but thats you're own personal decision. and you can take multi vitamins to replace wat you've lost or eat beans and avocadoes, tofu(soybeans) is a good sub too. just depends where you buy it and the brand. well yah......you can eat eggs too.. if you want too. or if you want you can be a vegan. no dairy, no meat, no animal testing(i totaly hate when ppl do tht!) and no eggs and nothin made from animals , you no wool ,and fur , and leather. so yah hoped i helped you if you need any more help just ask away i'm sure someone can answer!

Reply:Many vegetarians experience cravings 3-6 months after giving up meat, but most don't. If you're strong and determined, you will have no problem.

As for not losing weight, just eat plenty of nuts, beans, etc., and pop any standard multivitamin tablet every day or two.
Reply:Congrats on taking a step to being even MORE healthy! And to those who say its "normal" to eat meat, I'd like to know how many of them have killed and eaten a cow with their bare hands....

Anyways, here's what I did to go veg. It worked for me, so I can only hope it will work for you:

http://vegetarian.about.com/od/vegetaria...

As far as losing weight, some people do, and I know some who have gained weight. Just make sure you eat enough calories. Bottom line.

If you're just going vegetarian and not vegan, you don't need to worry about vitamins, but its my own opinion, that EVERYONE (well, all of us who eat crappy American diets) should be taking a multi-vitamin! As a veg, you'll likely get MORE nutrients than you did before.

You can find some pretty good mock meats out there that taste and look like bacon and chicken. Some are better than others, so if you don' like one, try another.
Reply:I've been vegan for about two years and I've never felt healthier. I don't take supplements. Maybe the occasional b-12, but I can also found that in fermented foods, kombucha, nutritional yeast, etc.

This whole lacking protein is a MYTH. It's based on an outdated study done in the early 1900s! And then a woman in the 70s wrote a book claiming you have to combine certain foods to get complete proteins, for which she later corrected herself realizing she was wrong. If you eat a varied diet, you will get all the protein you need. Where on earth do you think a cow, in its natural state gets its protein? You never see an elephant dying for a protein fix. Unless you're completely starving yourself, it's just not going to happen. Eat enough calories, you're sure to get enough protein. It's interesting to note that 100 calories of cow has 5.4 grams of protein while 100 calories of broccoli has 11.2! Everything has protein - amino acids - that's why they are deemed the "building blocks of life." If you're concerned about protein, though, I highly suggest quinoa. It's a delicious seed that acts as a grain and is also packed full of nutrition, including calcium, and has all the amino acids, making it a "complete protein." So is hemp protein - from hemp milk. . .I could go on, but I promise - don't worry about it if you're eating enough.

If you love food and don't want to lose weight, then you're in luck, because you can eat a lot. Unless you're packing in the dairy. Plant foods, while higher in nutrients, are also much lower in calories and fat than animal products. And they have that added bonus of fiber, which keeps your insides clean, helps your liver function well and binds fat and toxins to help usher them out of your body. And they don't have the artery clogging cholesterol. Or the antibiotics, steroids. . .list goes on. . .or get this, perchlorate. Rocket fuel. Yuck.

There's some interesting things here: veganjacks.blogspot.com

I also suggest googling "veg books" or typing that into Amazon and then going into your local book store and reading a few. For example, The China Study by T. Colin Campbel, Ph.D., Eat to Live by Joel Fuhrman, M.D., anything by Neal Barnard, Skinny B*tch by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin. . .good luck! :)
Reply:You're wise to think about the long-term. I know it could be difficult to stop thinking about meat when we're surrounded by meat-eaters %26amp; their mindless propaganda - the social conditioning to look at meat as neat little "nuggets," "drumsticks," etc. instead of decaying animals. So, of course it's normal to miss them, since that's what you've been eating %26amp; have been conditioned to see as food.

Try thinking in these terms: it is not meat you are missing, but the flavor/texture. Flavors %26amp; textures can be re-created. This is where the mock meats come in handy for you to transition into a meatless diet. Of course, there's plenty of commercial veg burgers, "bacon" and such, you'll want to test different brands as everyone's tastes are different. On the rare occasion I've eaten them, some were good (e.g., Yves), but others really were awful (e.g., Tofu pups). Also, try making Seitan (recipe below), which is a good substitute for "chicken," %26amp; other meats.

Trust me, as long as you maintain a balanced veg diet (i.e., you need more than just low calorie foods like salads), you won't lose weight. Don't forget carbs, legumes, %26amp; healthy fats (from flax, nuts, etc. which are good for your body inside %26amp; out) in addition to a variety of fruits %26amp; veggies. Some meal plans to help you get started here: http://www.veganhealth.org/articles/meal... until you get more comfortable in experimenting w/ recipes such as from http://www.theppk.com/

There is no vitamin to "sub meat" as your body does not need meat. Remember, protein is protein, the animals you used to eat got their protein from plants %26amp; so can you. It is a good idea to take B-12, which comes from bacteria, not meat. It can be found in enriched soy milk, cereals, whole-grain, yeast-based bread, etc. For iron, don't count on raw spinach as your body cannot absorb its iron. Iron can be found in dark-green, leafy, non-oxalic acid vegetables, such as kale %26amp; collard greens.

Seitan (Basic Boiling Recipe)

from Vegan Vittles, © J. Stepaniak 1997

Dry ingredients

* 1 1/2 C instant gluten flour (vital wheat gluten)

* 1/4 C nutritional yeast flakes (optional; adds a deeper flavor and vitamin B-12)

* 1/2 t garlic granules (optional; can vary amount)

* 1/2 t onion granules (optional; can vary amount)

* Desired herbs %26amp; spices (optional)

Liquid ingredients

* 1 C water, vegetable broth, tomato juice, or a combination (the juice adds a "beefier" flavor)

* 3 T soy sauce

* 1 T olive oil (optional)

Simmering broth

* 10 C water or vegetable broth

* 1/2 C soy sauce (optional)

Combine dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Combine liquid ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Pour into dry ingredients, mix well. If there is still flour around the edges, add a small amount of additional water.

Knead the gluten directly in the mixing bowl for about a minute. Slice the gluten into 3 relatively equal pieces, and set aside.

Place the ingredients for the simmering broth into a 4 1/2 quart saucepan or Dutch oven, add the gluten pieces, and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer with pot partially covered for 1 hr. Maintain the heat so that the liquid barely simmers, and turn the gluten over during cooking. Let cool in broth uncovered.

Transfer to storage containers, adding enough of the broth to keep seitan immersed. Seal containers tightly and store in the refrigerator up to ten days or in the freezer for up to six months. To extend the life of fresh or defrosted seitan, boil it in its soy sauce broth for 10 min., 2 times a week.
Reply:its not hard to become a veg, its just hard to find something to eat when your out of the house

you may lose, you may not. it depends on the people, some do, some dont. you can find vegetarian vitamins at any superstore
Reply:its is VERY hard to become a vegetarian, i know.

I myself will still eat fish, and i have not gone completely vegan.

just still have dairy products and things like peanuts for protein.

To all Pakistani and Indian girls ...?

I am getting married. The big day is just 5 weeks ahead. I am totally stressed out since I haven't looked after my skin and hair for quite a long time. My skin has gotten to its worst because of acne, the acne is gone, though the marks are still there. The skin has become so dull and rough, same goes for the hair. I used to have thick hair but it started thinning and now I have very thin, weak, rough and totally damaged hair. I really doubt anything can be done about this when all I have is 5 weeks.

I will take care of the weight myself (just need to lose 10 lbs before the big day), I have it all sorted out. I just want to know what I need to do to have better skin and healthier and stronger hair for my wedding. My hair is almost waist-length by the way. So any tips on how to take care of my skin, teeth, nails (i'm growing them out) and hair ???

Oh and can I have my face hot waxed when I have acne prone skin ? (mind you, the pimples are gone. I just have the slowly fading marks)

To all Pakistani and Indian girls ...?
uh im not sure but u dont have to say paki and indian girls i bet tons of others have these problems.

o ya try proactiv refining mask it helps ALOT. i also suffer from acne and im paki

- i brush my teeth with bicarbonate of soda once a week to whiten them. the taste is bad but the result is good

- i apply lemon juice on my armpits, let it dry then scrub with apricot body scrub. this cuts down the sweat, smell and lightens the skin colour

Eating foods high in protein will give you stronger hair and nail since they are made of protein!
Reply:For your face mix honey and brown sugar it's good to exfoliate with this home remedy. Olive oil can be used to soften your cuticles and also your hair. And also to make a good facial mask try riped avocado just blend it in a little bowl and put on for a few minutes, and another thing never use soap on your face.
Reply:For Skin/Face: Before going to bed I use a face mask its a moisturizing mask it works very well and it disappears well your sleeping when you wake up your skin will be softer and healthier looking.

And if you want to get rid of baggy eyes you can use concealer it will cover it up. And of course more sleep aha.

For Acne: This stuff is pretty expensive but was worth it if you got zits this is a good idea to get its called Vichy.

And you can also get Acne Pads for when you take of your makeup its also for acne so its good for both.

If you are going somewhere really important then cover your zits by using concealer by cover girl (I think thats it). It will be a lot less noticeable.

Teeth: For your teeth you will need to floss them and brush them its good to use whitening tooth paste. You shall do this twice a day.

Nails: For your nails go with shinny colors

Orange

Light blue

Baby pink

Lime green

Using two coats really makes the difference.

Hair:

For your hair you can try Herbal Essence the newer kind

theres the kind that makes your hair straighter as soon as you use it if straight hair is what you wish.

You can also try Outrageous shampoo witch works good.

After you get out of the shower let your hair air dry first for a bit its better for you hair then you can blow dry your hair after a couple minutes.

If you want some awesome hair styles take a look in magazines and cut up some images you like so next time you get a hair cut you will already have an idea on what you want then you can just give it to your hair dresser.

And also its best you use cold water on your hair it makes your hair more shinny I heard this somewhere.

Extra makeup tips:

Eyeshadow:

Try these colors....

Blue: Silver/light green/orange.

Green: Light green/Mauve/Brown

Brown: Brown/silver/bronze

Another good makeup product for the summer is bronzer I love this product and it makes your skin look so much nicer.

For your lips try something light such as baby pink

Eyes:

How to take care of my hair, body, face, nails, and teeth?

I want to look better because i'm in highschool now and I want to know what it takes to do my hair to make it longer, my body to make it have 4 packs and have muscles, my nails to designe them and make them look long, my face to get rid of my acne, so I could have a clear face, and my teeth, so my teeth could be white and clean. Thankyou and I would like to have alot of answers.

How to take care of my hair, body, face, nails, and teeth?
For your hair - If you straighten it, stop for a while because it singes the ends off and will never grow.

For your body - If you want 4 packs I recommend you crunches, side crunches and planks. (Search how to do them on google). For muscles do aerobic exercises with small dumbells.

For your nails - If they're not already long you need to glue fakes on, however if they are long to get the absolute best outcome you should pay for a manicure.

For your face - There is no really good working way of getting rid of acne however you can make it look better by using clean and cear face wash twice a day. Also use face masks once a week to clear the skin.

For your teeth - You can brush them with baking soda which works very well. If this is not sucessfull, get them whitened for free at the dentist. Also brush them after every meal and floss.

Hope this helps. I've tried it all and it works :). Good luck and have a good time starting High School.
Reply:Well to have longer hair you need to have your split ends cut off quite often to keep the ends keep growing. For your stomach muscles all you can do is exercise therefore the best exercise for stomach muscles is push ups. To get rid of the acne on your face you could buy like a exfoliting wash and do this daily and if you go to your doctor they can give you some cream which is extremely helpful. To keep your teeth white you should make sure you brush at least twice a day use mouthwash and floss. You could also try some whitening toothpaste. Hope this helps.

Hair: If you want to keep your hair fresh, wash it everyday. Wash it good, and rub your scalp because it will get rid of dandruff and it'll make your hair smell nice longer. Also if you wanted to get it longer, trim it every 6 weeks just a bit. When you trim it, it grows longer, faster just like when your shave.

Body: If you want to be more muscular, exercise! After school, or whenever you have time, jog, or lift weights. Also you can play sports. Play your best in Gym class so you can get extra exercising time.If you want to add even more exercising time, walk to school(if you can). It'll give you more exercise, and it's good for the environment! But don't forget hygiene! When we exercise we get really sweaty and everything and if you don't wash your face after you exercise, your skin can get greasy which leads to acne. Also, use a good deoderant so that you won't smell and you won't have sweat marks. I recommend Secret Scent Expressions, Vanilla Chai. I have that one, and it works AMAZINGLY. I got mine at Loblaws for about 3$. Try it!

Face: Always wash your face! Don't leave grease on your forehead. Use a facial cleanser like Clean%26amp;Clear, and make your face look fresh! Avoid getting acne by washing your face with a cleanser after every meal. Reduce the amount of soda that you drink, and drink plenty of water. The water that you drink cleans out pores, so drink plenty of water! You've heard of the rule to drink 8 glasses of water per day, right? Well, every can of soda that you drink, you have to add 1 more cup of water. Which is pertty hard, so just don't drink soda that often!

Nails: They are easy to maintain. You don't have to have them perfect, just as long as they are properly cut, not too long, and clean. You don't have to go to an expensive place just to get your nails done. You can do it yourself. Just decorate them! Buy sparkly nail polish for about $1. I have that and it really makes my nails look creative.

Teeth: Your teeth don't have to be perfect. Mine are definetly not perfect. I have a space between by two front teeth(doesn't look THAT bad) and some discoloration. All you have to do to show good hygiene if to brush your teeth after every meal, so that you don't have food stuck in your teeth, and they aren't yellow. If you can't brush your teeth at school, just bring a compact mirror and check after you eat lunch. It's a simple way for you and your teeth to keep shining!

There you go, a long answer! Good luck in high school. And remember, good hygiene is the most important thing!

How to look popular?

Hey,

I'm Emily, I'm 12 years old [Please don't report] %26amp; I'm starting highschool next year. When I say popular, I mean hot..lol.

No, Please don't say popularity isn't everything.. because I know its not!! :) I just mean things like

White teeth

Nails

Hair

How to make your uniform look nice.

Face

Legs --(Shaving and all)

and then how to make my confidence better

.. I mean i have good confidence, in a way to say, im rather loud LOL.

But I mean, I'm starting hgihschool next year and I want to be able to walk up to a guy and say..

Hey I'm emily, what school did u go to last year?

No hold up, that sounds so lame... got any sentences that would be usefull

By the way I live in Australia, so we have to wear a uniform :)

Thx... xoxox

How to look popular?
K,

see if mum or dad will let you get highlights.....

Then clean your teeth everyday with a whitening toothpaste

Buy a packet of those cool fake stick on nails (with the glue)

Wear your uniform the correct way so you don't look yucky.

Wear tinted moisturiser with a nude lip gloss and bROWN Mascra if your school lets you wear make up.

Shave your legs every secound night....

and here is a sentence: "Hi" then walk away......with a cute smile, this will make hi wanna know more about you, and then you could even be friends.....

Luv Ya xxx

ooo
Reply:..
Reply:Frankly, by asking how to be "popular" you're already off to a bad start. And, in high school, my dear, no one cares about who is who or what is what. Remember, you are now going to school with ADULTS, as in boys and girls who are 18. You are not a child anymore and, though a thirteen year old shouldn't be in high school in the first place, acting like an adult is the first way to get yourself noticed. Don't strive on something no one thinks twice about.
Reply:wtf!!!

gurl u reli sound lame, im 16 in my last year and if any new comers were trying tht hard they wud get bullied!!!

Just be urself!!!!
Reply:It's all about confidence. If you know you are the best thing around, others will figure it out.
Reply:plastic surgery?

hunny high school is not all about being popular. people DON'T like the girls who think they are all that. just be yourself and have fun. that is what high school is all about.
Reply:Just be urself ,,

Hair wise strighten it or something

Make Up -- dont go over board ur only young just a lil foundation or powder

Legs -- shave them and in summer were fake tan but its austrailla so urs already have a tan right :S

Nails - Most schools dnt let u paint ya nails but if u can just a nice colur

White Teeth -- Just brush em n stuff Lol

Confidence -- you said ur already confident so just beurself n dnt let wat ppl say bother u

Good luck at high school hope u enjoy it xxx
Reply:dont act popular that just makes people beileve ur stuck up!
Reply:popularity IS everything.

you have to be friends with the right people, and have to be well connected meaning you know everyone's social profile and you yourself have a lot of friends. you have to be bearing in demeanor and look the part of "popular". so:

•nails are always filed and polished...no hangnails or overgrown.

•teeth don't have to be snow-white but at least not yellow, so brush and rinse with mouthwash.

•hair is straightened and tame, no ponytails, but plaits are fine.

•iron your uniform, and make it look tidy...no food stains (sick)

•face...hm, makeup should look natural...not like a hooker.

•legs, not hairy, shave every 2-3 days

•believe in yourself, but don't be too out there, and don't back down from anything.

What do you think is man originally vegetarian or non-vegetarian? Do you think to eat flesh can affect the way

What do you think is man originally vegetarian or non-vegetarian? Do you think to eat flesh can affect the way of ethic and health too?

I think man is originally vegetarian but due to some reason like scarcity of vegetable he has to eat flesh. Because if you would study of biology you would see there are differences between vegetarian and non-vegetarian animal in their shape of jaws, teeth, nails and intestine and in their power of digestive system also. . ,

What do you think is man originally vegetarian or non-vegetarian? Do you think to eat flesh can affect the way
I think that humans were originally vegetarian based on the shape of the jaws and teeth. Also I have heard that eating beef contributes to colon cancer.
Reply:or colon cancer or ulcer of intestine or appendix.I think in fruits, vegetable, grains and many herbs and milk have all nutritious, proteins, vitamins and calcium that what required for human body to grow.I think to eat meat can affect your ethic life. Report It

Reply:have you heard of Kosher? ...then again, meats in countries like the USA are full of hormones.
Reply:Non-vegetarian, otherwise we would not be able to digest meat.
Reply:food preference definetly affects person's health. non-vegitarians get more protein from meat then vegitarians. its also in beans but you dont want to eat too much beans or we all know what happens. Non-Veg. peopl are stronger and have bigger body structer as veg. dont.
Reply:Our original diet was nuts, fruits, and grains. After the flood we ate vegetables and meat. If we cut out meat, we have a longer life. So, you are right.
Reply:We don't have long teeth or clwas, so I think this answers the question. Why do so many people have cholesterol trouble and doctors keep telling them to eat more veggies.
Reply:We are meant to be vegetarians. But that was when we were first created in a perfect world. Since sin has entered into the world, we can no longer subside off of a vegetarian diet.

So to answer your question, no, eating flesh cannot affect the Way. The Bible even warns of false prophets who will tell you it is wrong to eat meat.
Reply:Yes, there are differences... Vegetarian animals have a much more powerful digestive system than carnivores... or man.

Vegetarian diets are the leading cause of mental retardation on the planet. There are substances necessary for good development of humans which are very scarce in vegetarian cuisine.
Reply:Depends what you consider 'man' to mean. Our distant ancestors were vegetarians, but modern man has always eaten meat. The shape of our teeth is consistent with our being omnivores. Eating red meat was an important part of the development of our large brains.
Reply:Humans evolved from an omnivorous ancestor that ate both meat and plants. If they were totally vegetarian the digestive system would be quite different. Same thing for totally carnivorous. The digestive system of a human evolved to handle both meat and veggies. Eat a well balanced diet.
Reply:I think man was originally an omnivore. If you're going to go by biology, then you can't ignore the way we break down food. Herbivores have enzymes that allow them to break down the cell walls in plants, thereby enabling them to get the greatest nutritional value from plants. Human beings do not have this enzyme, so to think that we originally were vegetarian goes against biology. Why would we have originally subsisted on foodstuffs that we aren't biologically able to get the full nutritional value of?

)O(
Reply:Man was born a vegetarian, destined to eat fruits, roots and vegetables. Hence non-vegetarianism is against the canon of nature.
Reply:I think man was originally made to eat fruits, vegetables, and flesh. Of course... let's not forget how%26gt;%26gt;%26gt; in moderation. America knows no such thing and that's why our health becomes affected because we don't eat balanced meals the way we should. We are always in a hurry and trying to make meals faster and easier so we loose out on lots of vitamins that the human body needs to survive in a healthy manner. Too, let's not forget that now we have too much pestisides in our fruits and veggies and we have too much steroids in our meats. Our eating habbits are way off scale and our health pays for it. Grant it... not all Americans eat this way but that's because it takes lots of dicipline. Our eating 'disorders' have become a way of our society.. we go, go, go and don't really pay attention to what we stuff in our mouths until it's too late. Things must be eaten in moderation!!!!!!!!!!
Reply:I believe humans have always been omnivors - eating both meat and vegetables. Remember that we have survived many different climatic eras and that we were always smart enough to have enough food to survive by adapting to what was available. We evolved able to digest both animal and plant matter, the fact we have incisors is an indication that we probably ate meat from almost the beginning. It is true that people in the US eat too much meat on the average, but a small amount of the 'right kind' of meat is actually necessary for a healthy system according to many nutritionists. our closest cousins, the great apes and chimpanzes are both meat and plant eaters, although they eat much more plant than meat material.
Reply:I think man has always eaten both and there always seems to be some kind of health issue if we only stick to vegetables such as low muscle development, soft tooth enamel, gastral intestinal problems etc. I believe in Creation and God gave Adam and Eve fruits and vegetables to eat, as well as livestock even before the fall. Before the fall, there was no need for sacrifice, and no other reason to HAVE lifestock other than to eat it.

Would you call me? Do I fit in to the category of an average 40ish female?

My husband tells me that I am not the average 40ish type woman. I am 5'6'' 118lbs, 36-25-35, excellent health, I work out everyday, I have been told that I am beautiful, I get hit on regularly, I have a Masters Degree, I have very high sex drive, I am a grandma, I wear a size 2 in womens petite. My hair, teeth, nails are all intact and groomed, I have all my girly parts and still could have a baby, don't want anymore, Hubby thinks I am to energetic and should act my age! That pissed me off, how does a 44 yr old act?

Would you call me? Do I fit in to the category of an average 40ish female?
I'll trade ya! Tell him he should be grateful that you aren't fat, saggy, tired, stupid and boring.
Reply:Tell him to "shut up",and that you have a "young squeeze" on the side
Reply:No, you are not an average 44 year old....you sound like you look way to good to be 44.....you are illegal in 140 countries....LOL.....if you have the energy, use it.....even if it means not acting your age....I assume he means, I am old and run down...slow it down, and mellow out......that is how 44 year olds are....though it is a shame....love him, have pity on him....and be yourself
Reply:ok act your age !! dump him and move in with me as i'm 44 still go to amusement parks and ride all the rides, love 24 hr sex, only have a B.A. though, still have most of my hair and all my teeth, don't chew tobacco, or spit in the corners.. that will show him! age is a statement not a way to act!
Reply:You're husband sounds insecure. I'm sure your happy with you. He is probably just getting pissed off because you're probably looking better as you age and him...who knows, only you. Just have some wild sex with him and while hes really into it ask him "Do you really have a problem with the way I am because I can change if you really want me too...I don't think 44 yr. old women *** this good so I think I'll stop..." Watch his reaction.
Reply:Isn't it weird that your husband acts that way? I'm a 39 year old guy who has the body of a 19 year old athlete . . . my wife NEVER compliments me on how I look (I too get hit on, most recently by a very hot and in shape 20 year old). It's just too weird, why can't spouses appreciate it when their spouse stays in shape, looks great, etc?

I just keep in shape, keep playing competitive sports . . . my kids (oldest is 8) love when I flex my arms muscles. At least THEY appreciate it!

Hang in there and enjoy the attention you receive.
Reply:Hi, although I don't know how to help you, I could tell you jokes to help you feel better. The jokes goes:

-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.

-When did you first notice this problem?

-What problem?

One more joke:

A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.

Last of all just want to tell you that whatever you do, just don't give up. Also you must love and care for the people around you. In that way they will also show you the love that you show to them. Just be yourself and happy everyday. Wish you all the best and good luck!!
Reply:44=22x2. So you are twice as good as a 22 yold girl.

There! I've proven to you mathimatically u should not worry about how u act.
Reply:all i can say is wow...you are blessed to be so well kept with the stressful life nowadays. My mom is in her 50s, she also looks a lot younger and she does not act "the way a 5o year old should.." whatever the hell this means...She is free minded, has a great youthful spirit and although she has walked a thorny path she doesn't give up. I admire her for this. There is no wrong or right way to act, just be yourself and don't think about it, act the way you feel. And enjoy life, you are blessed!
Reply:You sound like a vibrant, happy, sexy, smart woman!! What is his problem?!? Tell him he should lose the remote, go to the gym with you and get some of that energy back. Otherwise you may find it tempting to respond to those offers you receive! Age is only a number... it's about how you live your life. Have fun!!!

Oh... and hell yes, I'd call you!!!
Reply:How do the kids say that? YOU GO GIRL!!!! my wife (girlfriend-23 Years) acts the same way ,thats why we've made it this long .Tell ol' boy to sutt up and act like he's 22 again ! it woked for me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reply:this is why i live with a 24year old I am 43 but my girl friend is 24. try a 24 year old
Reply:Nothing wrong with you that I can think of. How is your intelligence? Are you a flirt? Maybe he is bothered that when people see you they think or ask:

"What is she doing with him???"
Reply:DIVORCE HIM AND COME WITH ME,RESPECT FOR ONE ANOTHER IS THE KEY,MASTERS DEG;I AM ALREADY PROUD OF YOU.ACT AS YOU WISH.BE YOURSELF AND YOU HAVE THE WORLD BY ITS ***.
Reply:Sounds to me like your husband has a small mind which stereo-types people. Doesn't he realise that there are no two people alike, and that everybody behaves in their own way.

He would probably prefer a dumb blonde couch potato. Tell him you'll find oe for him if he likes, and then you'll be free to find a more appreciative partner.
Reply:hey your alive and vivrant email me! we can hook up!
Reply:I wouldn't know........I have another 12 years til I hit 44!

You sound like a snob to me.......get over yourself lady, I am willing to bet you aren't as great as you THINK you are......

LOL!
Reply:I wish you were my wife. Tell him to stop acting like he is retired. If not move on and enjoy life.
