Do you know all these idioms?

In a quizz, I aced 11 out of 20 of them...

Do you know all these idioms?
1. It means you have a very gentile behavor (rather courtly). 2. You're running/ going here and there. 3. If someone says they have "odds and ends" to do, it means: various things. 4. The "hard and fast" rule to something means that the rule is absolute. 5. I'm "fighting tooth-and-nail" means that things are very closely stood for. 6. The "pros and cons" of an issue are the good and the bad sides of it. 7."By and large" the issue stands this way means it muchly stands toward one view or the other. 8. Someone that says they are "down and out" means that things are hard right now for them. 9. The"length and breadth" of something means how long and how wide something is, as in the Bible regarding Noah's ark. 10. I'm home "safe and sound" means someone is ok. 11. The "ins and outs" of something: The person will show/tell you the finer details of it. 12. The "cloak and dagger" of something: The mystery of something. 13. "Spick and span" means you got something really clean. 14. I'm "up and about": I'm alive and well. 15. There are "ups and downs" to this job: Good times and bad times. 16. Just another "song and dance": More b**ll sh*t. 17. "Collar and tie": Very formal. 18. On "pins and needles": Nervous. 19. "Sick and tired": Disgusted/angry about something. 20. "Bits and bobs": Stuff.
